Keep the energy going after the music ends at Pavilion Park with after-hours celebrations at Trickster's Hideout on Friday, August 21, then at the Brackendale Art Gallery on Saturday, August 22. Tickets are on sale now.
We are providing free shuttles from Pavilion Park to the Brackendale Art Gallery on Saturday, August 22 for Academy Music Series ticket holders.
Please note, you will only be able to utilize the shuttle with proof of ticket purchase for the Academy Music Series (Eventbrite QR code).
Shuttles will depart from Pavilion Park starting at 10:45PM and make trips between the park and the Brackendale Art Gallery until all guests are at the venue.
Return trips will start at 1:45AM from the Brackendale Art Gallery back to downtown, unloading behind Pavilion Park on Main Street.
The shuttles will take time, so we appreciate everyone’s patience.

In order to facilitate the event downtown, we will be closing a portion of Cleveland Avenue between Main Street and Victoria Street from Wednesday, August 19th to Monday, August 24th. There will be signage indicating the closure and alternate routes to help with orienting.

Due to this closure and the downtown event, parking will also be reduced near Pavilion Park for clinic check-in and the duration of the event.
We understand that this impacts planning including access and timing. On the day, if possible, we recommend arriving early to help ensure you have time to navigate closures and protentional traffic congestion.
Parking is very limited near Pavilion Park, so we encourage you to consider alternate methods of transport, such as carpooling, biking or walking to evening events.

We will have six (6) accessible parking stalls located on Main Street just behind the main Pavilion at the park. Please contact us if you need further support related to accessible parking and or locating it.

Our Squamish, a community-based non-profit organization in Squamish, BC, will be onsite offering bike valet.
We recommend arriving early to better ensure seating because it is limited for evening programming at the park.

Seating near the front of the stage will be reserved for accessibility seating. There will be both paved and grass sections in the park to navigate. Please feel free to bring blankets and/or lawn chairs to sit on and use at your leisure. Let us know if you have access needs so that we can best support you in advance of the event.

Pavilion Park does have a limited capacity, so when the maximum capacity is reached we will operate on a one person in for one person out system.
Please note, some of our programming and music contains loud music, flashing lights and quick moving film content. We are aware some of these settings may cause some of our guests discomfort. We invite you to bring along items that may be helpful throughout this programming. Some of the items could be sunglasses for bright lights and ear plugs for loud music.
We will have a sign language interpreter (ASL) on-site for the spoken portions of our programming such as introductions and our keynote speaker presentations.
We will have English subtitles enabled on all films played throughout the night.

Pemberton Valley Environmental, a member-driven charity that works to protect the natural environment in Whistler and the Sea to Sky, will be onsite supporting with recycling and waste diversion.
Throughout your day, and when ending your evening, please be sure to find an Pemberton Valley Environmental waste station to dispose of or recycle your cans and garbage. They will be indicated by big tents and staff in uniform.

DRAMA is the multicultural duo of producer Na'el Shehade and vocalist Via Rosa, known for their distinctive blend of Chicago house, R&B, soul, and dance-pop. Their music lives in the space between heartbreak and euphoria, a sound they describe as "lovesick." Rosa grew up immersed in music, touring with her parents' reggae band and drawing inspiration from artists such as Sade, as well as Afrobeat and Brazilian rhythms. As a teenager, she began writing and producing her own music before joining Chicago's hip-hop collective THEMPeople.

Chelsie Del Rosario, known professionally as Chels., is a DJ based in Vancouver, Canada. Drawing from her soulful Filipino-Canadian roots, she channels her passion for music into a powerful form of self-expression, creating immersive experiences through curated mixes, playlists, and DJ sets that emphasize connection through sound and shared space.

With a love for an eclectic range of genres, including R&B, neo-soul, hip-hop, amapiano, baile funk, and more, Chels.' sonic journey is rooted in poetic introspection and shaped by her deeply personal approach to music. DJ dood is a Vancouver-based DJ and promoter known for high energy, groove driven sets. Moving fluidly between house, tech house and techno, she pairs cheeky vocals with rolling basslines, balancing a love for classic dancefloor moments with a playful, forward-looking approach.

A regular presence in the city’s underground, she has shared bills with artists including Moxie, Jayda G, Cinthie, DJ Boring, Prosumer and Brawther, and made her Bass Coast debut in 2024. She also runs two party series: dood’s dancefloor, spotlighting queer and femme talent, and Full House, a collaboration with Max Ulis (SLAB) bringing together local and international artists.
Conducta is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in modern dance music, helping shape the sound and direction of UK garage over the past decade. Breaking through in the mid-2010s, the Bristol-born artist truly came into his own during the latter half of the decade with a string of career-defining releases. Alongside a succession of acclaimed solo tracks, he delivered "Whippet," his landmark collaboration with Sammy Virji, and produced AJ Tracey's chart-topping hit "Ladbroke Grove." The latter achieved double-platinum status in the UK and remains the best-selling UK garage record in history.
Equally at home in revered underground venues such as Nowadays in New York, which he sold out in 2024, and at influential festivals like Sustain-Release, Conducta has maintained a rare balance between underground credibility and widespread appeal. Whether performing intimate club sets or headlining sold-out tours across the UK, he has carved out a unique position within global dance music while remaining firmly committed to doing things on his own terms.
Max has played a pivotal role in shaping Vancouver's underground music scene, building a reputation as both a curator and community builder. Through his long-running SLAB parties, he has consistently showcased some of the most exciting sounds in underground house, techno, and contemporary bass music. In 2024, he expanded his programming with the launch of a new house-focused event series alongside DJ dood, further contributing to the city's vibrant nightlife culture.
As a producer, Max's genre-spanning releases have found homes on influential labels including Turbo, Iile, Club Designs, SlothBoogie, and Thirty Year Recordings.
